Mr. Landberg is the Managing Director of Claymore Partners. He has over 25 years of global executive search, organizational and management consulting experience in the financial services and consulting arenas. Previously, he was a Managing Director and SVP of a top 20 executive search firm. He also served as a Financial Services partner with Gemini Consulting, Nextera, and Sibson Consulting where he provided organizational, strategic management, and process design consulting services to global financial services clients. Mr. Landberg has held senior executive positions with Citicorp, GE Capital, and PepsiCo. His global experience includes having lived in Singapore as a Regional Manager covering fifteen Asian countries as well as significant consulting assignments throughout Europe, Canada, South and Central Americas.
He is a frequent speaker at industry events including the Citicorp Global Insurance, Hartford STAR, AM Best Review Preview, and Financial Technology Conferences. Mr. Landberg is published regularly in leading trade journals including SHRM, Staffing Magazine, and Bests Review as well as being a contributing author to the book Integrated Direct Marketing. He has served as an Expert Panel Member for the Human Capital Institute, is a founding Partner in the Center for Global Workforce, and is a member of SHRM, HROA, and Planning Forum. Mr. Landberg holds a BS from Lehigh University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Mr. Blagman is a Senior Director at Claymore Partners where he leads their payment products and marketing consulting practices. He focuses on payment product, consumer finance, market research and consulting executive searches including business and product heads as well as senior marketing, market research, product development, operations and process improvement functional positions. Larry brings his significant experience and relationships in the financial services arena to bear in effectively conducting key executive searches.
Larry has held senior management positions with GE Consumer Finance, JP Morgan Chase, and MasterCard. He also has a significant consumer packaged goods marketing experience having held leadership positions at Nestle Foods, EcoLab, and at Ogilvy & Mather where his major clients included American Express, General Foods, and Sears. His own experience in recruiting, hiring and managing financial service and marketing executives provides valuable and practical knowledge in obtaining top talent for his clientele.
He has been responsible for delivering major process effectiveness platforms, market intelligence, and new product initiatives for leading Consumer Financial Services organizations as well as being a Six Sigma Black Belt himself. Mr. Blagman also brings strong customer segmentation experience in driving advertising, sales and direct mail initiatives.
Mr. Blagman has a BBA and an MBA in Marketing from CCNY-Baruch College. He is a member of the American Marketing Association, Product Development and Management Association and the Marketing Executives Networking Group.
